Meet Jennifer Lawrence

The therapist behind Zenergy Wellness

Jennifer Lawrence is a Licensed Massage Therapist (GA MT015740), Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and the founder of Zenergy Wellness, a women-centered massage and wellness practice. Her path to bodywork began long before massage school, rooted in a career spent caring for the health of others.

For 15 years, Jennifer served in the U.S. Air Force as a Public Health Supervisor and Bioenvironmental Engineering Technician, with assignments in Air Education and Training Command and Air Force Special Operations Command. While serving, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, and she later graduated Summa Cum Laude from the massage therapy program at Gwinnett College. The clinical precision and attention to detail she developed along the way carry into every session.

Today, her practice centers on nervous system regulation and neuromuscular therapy, informed by independent study in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Rather than treating only where it hurts, she works to find what's driving the pain or tension and builds each session around the client's goals, whether that's pain relief, better mobility, or overall wellness. Her aim is simple: for every client to leave feeling better than when they walked in.
